Private AI report checks for surveyors and property inspectors

Updated 2026-10-04

The problem: Surveyors and property inspectors write long reports, and each one has to be complete before it goes to the client. Checking that every required section is there takes time. Our starting assumption is that a second pair of eyes would catch some gaps. We have not tested that with real firms yet.

Why it has to stay private#

An inspection report names a property and its owner, and it often includes photographs and findings that the client has paid for. Many firms would not paste reports like these into an online chatbot.

We are planning a tool that runs on your own computer only. It is designed to listen on your own machine, to send no usage data, and to make no cloud calls. It is not built for this industry yet.

What the tool checks#

We have not written a checklist for inspection reports, and we will not invent one on this page. A real checklist has to come from reading real reports and writing down the problems that keep coming up. We will publish it after that work is done.
